I Know It Has Been Quite Some Time Since We Last Posted on This Site, But Now With Our Debut Full Length Album Entitled "The Starving Artist" Currently at The Mixing Stage, We Felt It Was Time To Crawl Up Out The Studio and Get Back On The Internet...Therefore, We Have for You...an Update :) We Entered The Studio To Begin Tracking Back in May 2009 and After Many Trials, Tests, and Experiments...We Have Emerged from The Studio w/ an Outstanding Album That We are All Very Proud Of !!!

Today and Tomorrow We Will Be Mixing The Tracks and Putting The Finishing Touches on The Album Before Sending It Off for Mastering ! As a Result, It Shouldn't Be Too Much Longer Before We Can Announce a Release Date !!! In Addition To That, With The New Year and a New Album Comes Many New Things...New Photos, New Website Designs, New Merchandise, New Shows, New Tours, and No Doubt, Many Many New Experiences and Memories Created w/ YOU ! We Can Not Wait To Share The New Songs With You Live on Stage...Starting w/ Our 1st Show of 2010...Thursday February 4th at North Beach Club (21+) in Downers Grove, Illinois w/ YOUNG BUCK (ex-G Unit) & Pluto Ent. !!! Well, For Those of You That are Paying Attention, I Love You ! The Last Few Weeks Have Been a Busy and Exciting Time For Me and As a Result, I Have For You.....An Update :)
I'm Happy To Say That My Trip To New Jersey Last Month Was a Success ! In All, We Recorded Demos For About Half of The Songs For The Album and 2 or 3 of Them Even Came Out Sounding Pretty Fuckin' Good :) The One Song That Really Has My Attention Right Now is 'How To Burn a Bridge' ! For Some Reason, I Don't Know, That One is On Hit ! I'll Be Posting The Demo Version of That Track As Soon As It Gets a Decent Mix Down, But Pay Attention For That. There are Some Videos Posted on Ustream of Some of The Footage We Captured Live From The Studio, Just Like, Some Freestyle and Unfinished Shit, So Be Sure To Check Those Out :D But Yeah, Even The Other Songs Have Certain Aspects To Them. For Instance, Certain Things That I Want To Do w/ My Voice in Certain Songs and Things Like That. At The End of The Day, I Think The Mission Was Accomplished. I Can Now Say That I Have a Really REALLY Good Idea of Where I'm Going w/ This Album and That is What I Think The Trip Was All About. So, On To The Next Order of Business....
...For Those of You That Have Been Asking About It For Years Now, There is Actually Talk of...I Don't Know How To Say This To You....I've Been Wanting To Do This For Quite Some Time, But I Wanted To Wait Until The Timing Was Right, But There is Talk Of Acctttualllllly.....Getting Some D//C Merch Up Online For Sale !!! :D Right Now I'm Pulling Together All The Images For This Album and Trying To Kind of Tie Everything Together Because I Want All The Merch To Go w/ The Lyrics and Album Artwork. I Hope To Re-Print The Black 'D//C is Dead' T-Shirts, and I Also Hope To Get Some Girl Shirts Made As Well Along w/ Some Buttons and Stickers and Show Posters and Things Like That and Have Everything Kind of Be Promoting The Starving Artist Project. You Know What I Mean ? I'm Doing My Best To Make This all Kind of Match The Story I'm Telling. So, There's That......
....So, I'm Sure I'll Be Posting Some News For You Soon, This Album is Really Starting To Come Together Now :) and I'm Fuckin' Stoked !! I'll Be Finishing Up w/ Writing The Other Half of The Album and Hopefully We Can Fit In Another Studio Session To Do Demos For The Rest of The Songs Before Getting Ready To Cut The Full Length, Sooo, Yeah, HOLLA !

FINALLY !!! So, As Many of You May Already Know, 2 Years Ago I Went Into The Studio and Recorded a Few Songs That I Had Written. Those Songs Turned Into What Would Become My Debut E.P. Release 'A Dream...and A Plan' ! Well, Here We Are, 2 Years Later and It's About That Time Again.It's Time To Head Back Into The Studio to Record My New Shit. I Must Say, I'm Fuckin' Stoked About It Too !!! This Time Around Skeleton Crew Hooked Me Up w/ VINYL RACCOON Studios in Lodi, New Jersey To Begin Pre-Production Work On My Debut Full Length L.P. Entitled 'The Starving Artist' ! At The End Of The Year I Will Be Flying Out To Jersey To Re-Connect w/ My Skeleton Crew Family and Begin Recording a New Batch of Songs For All To Enjoy. (See My Blog : THE STARVING ARTIST 2007/2008 ) The Beats are Fucking Amazing, Thanks To My Homeboy Chris @ Drop and Destroy Productions, and The Lyrics, Well, Of Coarse They're Amazing Because I Wrote Them, LOL, I Have a Really Good Feeling About This Album and I Can't Wait For It To Get Recorded and Released. So Stay Tuned, The New Album is Slowly But Surely Becoming a Reality. and After Seeing The Results of My E.P. Meet and Exceed My Expectations, I'm Looking Forward To Setting a New List of Goals To Accomplish w/ These Songs. So That's It, New Shit Coming Soon, Holla @ Ya Boi, One.
